Emra Solutions will conduct inspections (technical or basic), appraisals and valuations on most powered equipment including but not limited to Fork Lift Trucks (conventional and compact), Access Platforms, Plant (Diggers, Dozers and Excavators), Sweepers and Scrubbers as well as Terminal Tractors, Tow Tractors, Tugs, Large Counterbalanced Forklift Trucks, Empty Container Handlers, Reach Stackers and Cranes.

We provide validation services for finance house residual and future value matrices and can also assist on residual value matrix table development strategy and policy, end of term evaluations, customer equipment acquisition and dispute resolution and arbitration.

Our recent appointment to conduct remarketing activity for an overseas based Hyster dealer has given us a large volume of CE compliant equipment to offer to European based dealers. All of our sales are focussed on dealer acquisition and we remarket to this base. We are however not limited to this brand and regularly offer other makes of materials handling equipment such as Linde, Komatsu, Toyota, Combilift, Clark, Doosan Daewoo, Caterpillar, JCB, Hako, Mitsubishi, Tennant, BT, Cesab, Crown, Halla, Nissan, Bradshaw, Terberg, Yale, Still, Jungheinrich, Baumann, Kalmar, Baoli, Mafi and Tecna amongst others.

In addition we deal with early terminations, fleet disposals and end of term disposals on behalf of banks and leasing companies and arrange and provide transportation and storage at our premises if required. Some of these are sold by Tender to highest bidder or by negotiation.
